Pre-project Consultation

Begin with a free in-person consultation where you can tell us about your plans. Once we have a better understanding of your project we can offer guidance as to how to set things in motion.

 

Design, Planning and Tender Preparation

Working with you, we will ensure that the final plans include everything that will make your home work seamlessly for you. This stage includes finalising the scope of work, including electrics, lighting and storage. Getting this stage right is essential for the project to run smoothly and come in on budget.

 

Builder Appointment

Finding the right builder is vital for the success of your project, assessing them on cost but also capability. We can introduce you to a selection of builders we consider appropriate for your project.

 

Sourcing from Suppliers

We will connect you with our network of trusted suppliers- from kitchens and bathrooms to flooring and soft furnishings, we can ensure you secure excellent products at the best price. We will pass on all trade discounts directly to you.

 

Onsite Project Management

You will be provided with updates as we monitor progress and quality control with regular site visits over the duration of the build. Depending on your preference, we are happy to act as the sole with the builder or in partnership with you.

 

Contract Administration

We will manage and record all cost updates and variations throughout the project, keeping you informed of the running costs. We can also undertake all of the contract administration, including issuing the necessary certificates and notices.

 

Snagging and Final Sign-off

Once your project has reached the final stages we will compile a snagging list for the builder to ensure a beautiful finish for your home. We will liaise with the builder to ensure the workmanship is of the highest level.
